Payment
A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable no later than fourteen days before the date of the wedding. All deposits and monies paid in part or whole are non-refundable should the client cancel.

Photographs
Owing to photographic processing techniques it may not be possible to match exactly all colours as seen by the human eye. All print sizes are nominal

Indemnity
You agree to hold Peter Glass harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Peter Glass arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions

Copyright
Digital images and/or negatives are kept by the photographer for re-ordering purposes and copyright always remains the property of the photographer. No unauthorised reproduction is allowed in whole or part of any photograph. The photographer may display or use any photograph without the client's prior approval.

Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or un-enforceable for any reason by a court then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Cancellation
The client may cancel this contract at any time up to sixteen weeks before the date of the wedding without any penalty other than the loss of deposit. Cancellations received less than sixteen weeks before the date of the wedding will result in a charge of 80% of the original booking fee with seven days of cancellation

Special Notices
The performance of this contract is subject to alteration by the photographer owing to any cause beyond his control, in the extremely unlikely even that this should happen or in the event of part or total photographic failure the photographers liability will only extend to a part or total refund of all monies paid for photographic services. The photographer will not be liable for any claims for consequential loses howsoever caused. Failure to complete photographic services due to bad weather or the wishes of the client will not result in any refund, part or whole. If the photographer is unable to fulfil the role on the day due to illness then a full refund will be given to the client but no further liability will be sought by the client. The photographer will not be responsible for lack of coverage caused by the bride and groom, wedding party or guests not being on time or interfering with or restricting the photographer's duty. The photographer will not be held responsible for customer disappointment of the album or images as long as they are technically acceptable and will face no liability.
